Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale manufacturing and custom printing orders placed with T.A Textile, located at First Floor, Okhy Plus Big Bean Tower, Near Vivek Vihar Metro Station, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Minimum Order Quantity
Custom printing orders require a minimum of 50 pieces per design. Full manufacturing orders require a minimum of 100 pieces. Smaller sample runs can be arranged on request.
Quotations & Pricing
All prices shared over WhatsApp or in person are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change based on fabric, print technique and final quantity.
Payment Terms
A partial advance is required to confirm and begin production. The remaining balance is due before dispatch, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Production & Delivery
Standard orders are dispatched in 7–12 working days from design and payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on quantity, printing technique and courier availability.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving mockups before production begins. We are not liable for errors in designs, logos or text approved by the customer.
Cancellations & Returns
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Because every order is custom manufactured or printed, we do not accept returns except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
